Dr. Wadhwa is Chief Health Officer, Solera Health. He is a population health leader focused on improving the health status of vulnerable populations, particularly for those in poverty, people with disabilities, and older adults. He has extensive corporate and government experience. He is responsible for curating national networks of digital and community, evidence-based, lifestyle interventions that have not previously been covered by health insurers. Dr. Wadhwa previously served as the State Medicaid Director of the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing where he led the design of the Accountable Care Collaborative. His prior experiences include management of payment and quality at 3M Health Information Systems and at McKesson heading up their care management services efforts. He continues to precept at Seniors Clinic at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

Alisha Fehrenbacher’s commitment to health equity and innovation is represented by her dedication to the Quadruple Aim: better health; better care; better value; and better experience of care. She promotes this work through community activation and collaboration. She serves on the Integration Oversight Board, Statewide Workforce Council and is the Committee Co-Chair for the Regional System of Care Committee, which is focused on improving behavioral health, physical health and the criminal justice system. As Empire Health Foundation’s Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Health Systems, she supported the foundation of Washington’s Accountable Communities of Health. She founded a health collaborative in Oregon, obtaining legislative approval launching a community-based health plan that provided value-based contracts and community-based care coordination. She also serves as Senior Advisor for Pathways Community Hub Institute. Her transformational strategy supported the development of an Oregon Coordinated Care Organization and served as a health system executive leading strategy, community benefit and population health.

He has over 25 years of executive management experience in healthcare, having served in a Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer roles with United Health Group, Aetna, and McKesson Corporation, with a more recent focus on early stage innovation development in Silicon Valley. Dr. Nace completed his medical education and residency training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where he subsequently served as junior faculty in his early career.

Dr. Osmick is a physician consultant with extensive experience in leading vendor, provider, employer and health plan businesses with the goal of improving the health of populations served. As an executive physician, she focuses on helps to design systems of care that support health risk reduction, chronic health condition control, wellbeing support and disease prevention, as well as on quality management and accreditation of systems in place. A special area of interest includes working with organizations, as well as teaching closing gaps on health equity and social determinants of health. She serves in peer review of research articles related to population health and speaks nationally on related subjects. Dr. Osmick has served as a board member of Population Health Alliance since 2016, and from 2018 through 2019 led the Quality and Research Committee that developed and published an extensive primer on taking action in social determinants of health. She also serves as a clinical advisor for a health technology company.

Previously, Rose was SVP Product Innovation at Magellan, a multi-specialty managed care company leading initiatives with major impact on the company’s revenue base. Prior, she served as VP, Clinical Interventions, Innovation Center at Humana. At Hartford Hospital she founded and served as chief executive, Institute for Outcomes Research and Evaluation, developing and evaluating initiatives across the enterprise and community. Rose serves as Board Chairman Emeritus, Population Health Alliance and on Advisory Boards for URAC and RISE.
